Product Introduction
Heavy-duty double-shaft clamp carriers with 14 rows and above are tailor-made for professional board splicing manufacturers. The double-shaft structure comes with stronger load capacity and greatly raises efficiency for mass solid wood panel production.
Both pneumatic and hydraulic clamping systems are optional. The hydraulic model supports precise clamping force adjustment based on board thickness, with uniform tightening force on each clamp to deliver smooth joints and firm bonding effect.
Custom lengths are supported, and low & high material rack worktables are optional. The double-station configuration can be fitted with two air wrenches or two hydraulic motors, largely lifting continuous production capacity.
